The aim for this project was to design a sales / positioning brochure for a print company called AR37. The company has an excellent reputation for producing high quality print and production. It can print litho, flexo, letterpress, gravure, screen, emboss, foil block, print thermo inks, perfect bind, thread sew, four or six colour process, duotones, trio tones, pantone specials in up to eight colours. It can print on plastic, paper glass, metals... this printer can do anything. It maintains traditional practices and values yet is at the forefront of technology in printing

The target market for this brief is young graphic designers and the message is “look what we can do”. This brochure has 12 pages that measure 210 mm x 210 mm and folds out to just over 8 ft long to have a secondary use as a poster. The story is about how printers used to make books in the 40s. There are numbers underneath some illustrations and if you turn to the back of the page it explains what is going on at that part of the brochure.
